The product is very durable. I have bought lip balm from crafters and the lids crack as soon as you take the lid off. I would highly recommend this product. None have broken yet or arrived broken either. The caps fit great. I love the black colored tubes! Classy look. Very economical! They have promptly shipped a replacement, but I would like to see more consistency. You will NOT be disappointed in the tubes themselves though! Good quality and look good! Customer service might get confused on counts but they always make up the difference.
Good people! These work well but the inside of the tubes are much shorter than others from elsewhere. I am satisfied for now with them though. We make handmade lip balm, we ordered the white.
